Meet Happy the Elephant. He lives at @herecomesthesunofficial Repost • @herecomesthesunofficial Hi. I’m Happy. I’m not so good at introducing myself, so this might be weird. So as you can see I’m an elephant. My life is pretty normal. I wake up every morning and go to work. Sometimes in the evening I take a walk around the block to get some fresh air. I love peanuts. I have anxiety and depression (and my name is hilarious once you know that ) . For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a voice in my head telling me that I’m not good enough and that everyone hates me. Honestly, sometimes I wish I could just pull my brain out of my head and yell at it instead. But since elephant biology prevents me from doing so, I decided to find a little humour in it and It’s become kind of fun. Makes me laugh. . Yeah that’s me I guess. Some good days and some not so good but what can you do, right? Anyway, enough of me. I’ll see you guys again soon.
Juniper AKA Junebug Repost • @aliaabhatt This girl duo just became a girl trio. Meet our new baby Juniper. Her skills include biting, selfie-taking and being generally adorable.
Happy Birthday @anuyeah . Thank you for putting up with me and always laughing at my worst jokes.
There are no words to describe how giddy this makes me as an (over )zealous Harry Potter fan. This video is now my Patronus. ✨ Repost • @aliaabhatt Two months ago Harry, Hogwarts, and the wizarding world walked into my life and almost immediately, in my heart. Somehow, when I was younger life always intervened and I never quite got around to befriending the books. But. Just like magic, two months ago, I did. And, just like magic, I was asked to be a part of Harry Potter at Home. 10 million points to Gryffindor! 💜 Click the link in bio! #HarryPotterAtHome @wizardingworld
Let’s just pretend my skin actually looks like that. #SpoilerAlertItDoesNot
The lockdown and the constant uncertainty of current times can lead to mental and emotional stress for many of us. During times like these, taking care of one’s peace of mind becomes even more important. Which is why I have teamed up with @hdfcbank as a part of their #NoFrownLockdown series, to bring you easy tips you can follow to stay positive during this lockdown.
This was such a lovely project to be a part of. Stories of Splendid Isolation creates moments of literary respite in the wake of Covid-19. By activating Google Assistant, listeners can hear writers from around the world share their reflections during a time of uncertainty - like a literary version of Thought for the Day. New stories will be made available every day, for free. Here is how to listen: Open the Google Assistant – on iOS, you’ll need to download the Google Assistant app – and say: “Hey Google, talk to Stories of Splendid Isolation” The Google Assistant will take care of the rest. It’s available through Google Assistant, created by @Visualeditions in London, with help from Google’s Creative Lab.
