So after a close to 2 week break from my running training because my brother stayed with me and then having a crazy busy week, I decided to use my day off to get straight back into it.
I ran the longest and furthers I have so far. 3KM in 22 minutes. •
My skin splint is pretty much none existent now. All the stretching and warming up has really helped.
I’m also really surprised how good I felt whilst running. I thought I’d be a drag but it was quite refreshing.
