Os dejo por aquí un resumen del volumen óptimo semanal por grupo muscular relacionado con el número de veces a la semana que lo entrenamos. • Tenemos por tanto: 1️⃣ FRECUENCIA 1. Se trata de entrenar cada grupo muscular 1 vez en semana. Se ha visto que los mejores resultados se dan cuando no sobrepasamos las 10 series/grupo muscular. Ejemplo: Weider. 2️⃣ FRECUENCIA 2. Entrenamos cada grupo muscular 2 veces en semana, pudiendo agregar un mayor volumen semanal por grupo muscular. Se ha visto que posiblemente estas son las que mejores resultados nos aportarán. Podremos incluir un volumen entre 10-20 series semanales/grupo muscular. Ejemplos: Full Body, Push Pull (tirón-empuje ) Upper Lower (torso-pierna ). 3️⃣ FRECUENCIA 3. Entrenamos cada grupo muscular 3 veces en semana. Aquí podremos incluir un volumen semanal mucho mayor que en las opciones anteriores. Obviamente tendremos que tener en cuenta la capacidad de recuperar de cada persona, el MRV (Máximo Volumen del cual podemos Recuperarnos ). Estaríamos hablando de un volumen situado entre 27 y 45 series semanales/grupo muscular. Ejemplo: Full Body o Etapas de especialización donde buscamos dar un trabajo extra a un grupo muscular. • La frecuencia ideal será aquella que te permita dividir de forma óptima el volumen que necesitas. Es decir, si necesitas realizar 18 series semanales para un determinado grupo muscular, será mejor (según lo comentado anteriormente ) dividirlo en 2 días ya que tratar de incluir más de 10 en un solo día puede no aportarte beneficios extra o incluso conllevar una regresión que puede explicarse por varios motivos, así como, excesiva fatiga y/o daño muscular. • No olvides que todo dependerá de la Respuesta Individual a un determinado volumen. Lo que puede ser óptimo para una persona para otra puede que no sea suficiente o demasiado. Lo que está claro es que no necesitas hacer sesiones infinitas para progresar. • Más no es mejor, menos no es mejor. Mejor es mejor, haz justo lo que necesitas para progresar. • Espero que te sea útil. Можливо, у тебе навіть були думки зробити так само, і все заради однієї мети - сх•днути і спалити жир! Відразу обмовлюся, мова йде не про спортсменів, які зливають воду перед зважуванням, щоб потрапити у вагову категорію. Потіти - не означає х•днути і спалювати ж•р. Це 2 незалежних один від одного процеси. Втрата ж•рової тканини - це дефіцит отриманої енергії в порівнянні з витраченою. Іншими словами, ти повинен витрачати більше, ніж споживаєш. Вимірюється це в калоріях (Ккал ). Виділення поту - реакція організму на підвищення температури, з метою його охолодження. Що в принципі ще й загрожує зневодненням, в рідкісних, звичайно, випадках, але можливо. Особливо під жарким сонцем. А це до того ж, починає гальмувати процес спалювання ж•рів. Твій піт - це не ж•р, і навіть якщо ти зільєш за тренування 1000 мл (1 кг. ) рідини, найближчим часом ця вода повернеться туди, де вона була.
