Dor! Eh dor, eh dor. Sobat sadewa kaget nggak? Hehehe. Respon orang terkejut memang macam macam, ada yang berteriak, ada yang menggerakan tubuhnya, ada juga loh yang nggak bereaksi apa-apa (mungkin udah kebal dengan kejutan kali ya? ). Into the final week of training for the #PolarBearChallenge and I woke yesterday up with an urge to go for a run as well....... so a “quick” 3km along the seafront at The Leas followed by just under 1km in the sea #swimming . . The water was fine on entry but I very much felt the cold hit about 100 metres from where I got in. I listened to my body and got out rather than risk swimming the last leg. It’s at this point I’m glad of my @swimsecureuk #DryBag as I had my clothes and flip flops with me. Checking my watch afterwards it had dropped down to 9 degrees... . I think it might be time to start dropping the distances down a bit 🥶 . TUESDAY morning work out routine 💛✨ It’s so great to be able to get to the gym at five again, that 30 minutes honestly does create me more time in the morning and I’m glad to have it back😃😛 This rain has been terrible & it’s weird to say it’s jumper weather again😿 (hopefully just for this week then I want some extreme sun ) My morning workout: - I start on the rower: 1. R1 = 6 cals & 2 push ups R2= 8 cals & 4 push ups R3 = 10 cals & 6 push ups R4= 12 cals & 8 push ups lastly, R5= 14 cals & 10 push ups 💪🏾 - Smith machine pulls ups - Seated smith machine press ( new PB today 😼 ) - Incline dumbbell press - Seated front press - Seated lateral raise - Y fly’s for rear Delts - Seated row - Handstand💆‍♀️ Hope your day was fabulous ☪️

A moment where my thoughts turn negative, to what Ifs. What if I loose my baby....again? What if something is wrong? I'm having a moment. Where my brain won't shut off and allow me to sleep, no matter what I do. I'm having a moment. Where my anxiety is ruling the roost, my body feels on edge, tight. Heart beating faster, mind racing. I'm having a moment. We all have moments. If you are having a moment right now, I see you. This moment will pass. It will get better. Be kind to yourself. Rest. Be patient. Ride the wave. 10 things I’ve learned so far throughout this process (the difficult way ) 1: Calorie deficit = fat loss 2: You need more water and protein 3: Restrictive diets aren’t sustainable long term 4: If you have time to be on social media you have time to exercise or prep a healthy meal 5: Weightloss is a freaking sloooooooow process 6: Weight training doesn’t make women look “bulky” or “manly” 🙄 7: You can’t choose where you lose fat, unless you pay for lipo 🤷🏽‍♀️ 8: 1 salad won’t make you skinny just like 1 pizza won’t make you fat 9: Half a workout or a 20 minute walk is better than nothing 10: Stop picking yourself apart! Stop convincing yourself that your worth is determined by a stupid scale or body fat caliper! Stop comparing yourself to other people! Your mental health needs to be top priority.
