Spicy Chinese green beans with ground chicken 🌶. Sautéed one pound of ground chicken in 1tsp sesame oil with, 2 green onion stalks, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 1T of ginger, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper until cooked. Once cooked add 2T chili garlic sauce, 2T hoisin, 1T coconut aminos and stir until combined, remove from pan and add 1tsp of sesame oil to same pan with 2 garlic cloves, and 1 tsp of ginger and add green beans and cook until desired tenderness. Can be served over jasmine rice or cauliflower rice or as is. Serves four. Credit to respected owner Maybe this will help someone that doesn't know where to start. I have been doing a meat based keto - relaxed carnivore diet. Ive been eating this way for a year, I have lost 75lbs. This is a very simplistic way to eat. I don't do meal plans or fancy recipes. I cook the meat in a frying pan and eat it, sometimes with a side. I will eat everything in this picture in about a week, if it's not in this picture I don't eat it. I won't go back to the store until every ounce of this food is consumed. There is 13lbs of meat here, I will eat it all and still lose weight. I don't ever go hungry. There is maybe 50 carbs sitting on the counter. This store trip cost me $71.25. Food is fuel. Salisbury steak with cauli-mash and green beans for dinner tonight 🤩 . . . . For the Salisbury steak: . 🔹1 egg 🔹1 lb ground beef. . 🔹1/3 cup @porkkinggood pork crumbs 🔹1/2 tbs Trader Joe’s onion salt . 🔹3-4 splashes of Worcestershire sauce . . 💥Mix all the above ingredients together. . 💥divide into 4 patties 💥Add patties to a hot skillet with 1 tbs olive oil and 8 oz sliced mushrooms. . 💥cook patties 3-4 minutes on each side then remove and place patties on a plate. . 💥add 2 tbs almond flour to hot pan 💥stir mushrooms well. . 💥 then add in 16 oz beef broth and a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce . 💥let simmer for 3-4 minutes . 💥add the patties back to the pan and cover with lid. 💥let simmer about 20 minutes stirring occasionally until patties are fully cooked and the broth is reduced down. . . 🔹I’ve tried a lot of pre made cauli mash and tonight this was the best one we have tried. When I see people talking about shit they don’t understand 🤨 ••• There’s 3 words that I think coaches need to be saying more often: “I DON’T KNOW.” Stop pretending to have an answer for every question you’re asked. You’re putting people’s health at risk by trying to do the ‘fake it ‘til you make it’ bullshit. ••• You know what’s scary about the coaching industry? For starters, there’s no penalties for calling yourself a coach online, so any dickhead can chuck that in their bio. 2nd, even the guys that are certified, those courses are a joke for the most part (few exceptions like NASM or ISSA ). If it’s a decent course, you might spend 6-12 months learning the absolute basics of anatomy, exercise & some high school physiology. For the most part, they’re literally weekend courses and then you’re a qualified personal trainer with people’s health and safety in your hands...mental. ••• When I see guys that have been in this industry for 5-10-15+ yrs and they’re still going out of their way to pay for courses, attend workshops & seminars, reading books, research papers & learning daily through practical application—they’re the guys that I look up to and respect because that’s the kind of person I want to be. ••• Don’t get complacent with your education if you want to be great at what you do. Throwback to Melbourne because I’m itching for some sort of a mini holiday ✈️ Life is super unpredictable. Even if we think we know what’s going to happen, nothing is certain. No one was expecting 2020 to be how it’s been so far. From a pandemic point of view we all thought we’d be stuck in iso for 6 months and gyms would be a no-go until September, yet just under 3 months later life is somewhat getting back to “normal” and gyms are open. We can worry and stress all we want (and yes I’m guilty ) but it really doesn’t get us anywhere or serve any purpose. *details*⁣ 🍫⁣ TIRAMISÙ DI BISCOTTI AL CAFFÈ E CIOCCOLATO CON GLASSA DI CACAO E ARACHIDI⁣ 🥜⁣ Ho assaggiato i biscotti proteici di @prozisitalia (quelli “Thins” al cioccolato, gli Oreo senza ripieno per capirci ) e sono stata delusa a dir poco. Non sono dolci, non sanno di cioccolato, hanno un retrogusto di bruciato... insomma un fallimento. Dato che è vietato solennemente buttare via il cibo mi sono ingegnata e li ho nascosti per bene in un simil-tiramisù che sapeva di caffè e di buono.⁣ Se non avete questi magici biscotti a casa, replicate la ricetta usando dei normali biscotti (al cioccolato sarebbe mejo ) 💁🏻‍♀️⁣ ⁣ RICETTA: alternare i biscotti bagnati nel caffè con una crema di yogurt greco @fage_italia + ricotta (100g + 50g ) + 1cc caffè solubile + 1cc miele. BANANA CINNAMON PROTEIN DOUGHNUTS (macro-friendly, dairy free, sugar free, gf option ) 🙈 any recipe that is this easy to make and tastes this good gets a big YES from me 🙌 simply take a few healthy pantry staples, chuck them in a blender, bake into cute doughnut shapes, and just like that, you’ll have light and fluffy baked doughnuts in under 30mins 😍 THE DEETS ✨ In a high speed blender or food processor, add 1 ripe medium banana + 1 egg and blend until smooth. Add 2 tbs hemp seed oil (or oil of choice ) + 1/4 c sugar free maple syrup + 1 tsp vanilla extract and blend. Add 1 c oat flour + 20g @happywayau vanilla vegan protein (DISCOUNT CODE: happymin ) + generous dash of cinnamon + 1/2 tsp baking soda + pinch of salt and blend for final time. Ensure all mixture is combined before pouring into greased doughnut pan. Bake at 180C for approx. 15mins or until golden. Allow to cool slightly before sprinkling with cinnamon mixed with monk fruit sweetener or stevia and ENJOY 💕

Smash or pass? These massive stacks are from a little cafe on the north known as @chaos .cafe ! I love both the burgers here, but I have a particular fondness towards the fried chicken 🤤. Also, side note, the coffee is excellent and their acai bowls are drool worthy 😉 Would bang again, and again 👌
