With the weekend approaching, why not treat yourself and prepare a healthy, delicious breakfast or brunch such as this plate of poached eggs, veg fritters, smoked salmon, avocado, wilted spinach, and grilled mushrooms and zucchini with a dollop of cottage cheese. Is your mouth watering yet? 🥑🥬🥚 ✅So simple to put together and with a satisfaction factor of 10, just do yourself a favour and get into the kitchen this weekend. You won't be there long and it will be worth it, I promise! You really don't need a recipe, but basically get some water on for your eggs, grill the zucchini and mushrooms in a pan, heat up your pre-prepared veg fritters, boil the kettle to wilt the spinach and while all this is happening plate up your smoked salmon, avo and cottage cheese. If you like your eggs soft, cook them close to serving time. When all ingredients are ready add them to the plate, sprinkle with torn parsley leaves and devour! 🥬🥒🥚For the veg fritters simply mix two or three lightly beaten eggs into a bowl of grated or finely chopped veg. If you have the mixture quite wet it holds together nicely but you can add a couple tablespoons of tapioca flour if you wish. For the fritters pictured I used grated pumpkin, carrot, zucchini and finely chopped red cabbage. Don't forget to add your favourite spices (ground cumin and paprika work a treat ) along with some sea salt and cracked black pepper. In dieser Studie von García-Ramos et al. (2018 ) fand man jedoch keinen signifikanten Unterschied beim 1 RM zwischen dem flachen Bankdrücken und dem Bankdrücken mit einer Brücke (115,9 ± 17,9 kg vs. 115,7 ± 18,4 kg, p = 0,942, ES = 0,01 ). Hierzu muss aber gesagt sein, dass diese Untersuchung an einer Multipresse gemacht worden ist, welche somit nicht mit der Bewegung des Bankdrückens übereinstimmt. Die Bewegung beim Bankdrücken mit maximaler Last ist sowohl in der exzentrischen, als auch in der konzentrischen Phase nicht linear (Wilson, Elliot & Kerr, 1989 ). We’re so easily skewed with new information that we hear. We hear one thing and we believe it, then we hear another and then we believe that. 😬😬😬😬😬 Sometimes we can be very naive, and close minded. Our opinions and views are constantly changing. There’s a constant flow of information coming in daily. It shapes and redefines what we original swore to be true. When in doubt, when feeling skeptical, or honestly whenever, the best thing to do is your own research. 💕💕💕💕💕 We believe things for the sole purpose that someone of “power” or of “authority” said it. just because someone is a professional in one thing doesn’t make them credible to assert things from another domain. 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Be cautious with the information you choose to believe. i’m guilty of it. I’ve believed things that had no scientific proof or evidence for. I believed it because I had no counter information and it was just the easiest thing to do, believe it and then preach it to others because it “makes sense”. We get so passionate (and sometimes aggressive ) about things before we even fully understand it. We just speak to speak. When in doubt, get the cold hard facts from research based articles or highly recognized journals to support your claims. 💛💛💛💛💛 We don’t need to be an expert in a topic to say or believe something but it IS important to take into consideration other perspectives, because, we may be wrong. And that’s ok, we learn.
