🤩CHICKEN PARMESAN ZUCCHINI BOATS ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🍽️ INGREDIENTS: ⁣⠀ 1 medium zucchini ⁣⠀ 6 oz ground chicken ⁣⠀ Fresh ground pepper ⁣⠀ 1/2 cup organic marinara sauce ⁣⠀ 1/4 cup fat-free parmesan cheese ⁣⠀ 1/4 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🍽️ INSTRUCTIONS: ⁣⠀ 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. ⁣⠀ 2. Place a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and break it apart with a spoon. Add the pepper. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Stir occasionally and break down the chicken into small chunks. ⁣⠀ 3. Reduce the heat to low. Add the marinara sauce. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. ⁣⠀ 4. As the chicken cooks, cut the zucchini in half, lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop the seeds and center out of each zucchini half, leaving a 1/4-inch thick zucchini boat. ⁣⠀ 5. Place the zucchini in the baking dish cut-side up. ⁣⠀ 6. Pour réaliser cette recette il te faudra: -un pavé de saumon -25g d'asperges vertes -1 cuillère à café de jus de citron -1 cuillère à soupe de sauce soja pour fruits de mer -1/2 cuillère à café de gingembre émincé -1/2 cuillère à café d'huile de soja -ciboulette coupée très finement (à ajuster selon les goûts ) La recette te prendras environ 25 minutes. Fait mariner le saumon dans la sauce pendant 10 minutes. Dépose le pavé sur une feuille de cuisson puis met le à cuire dans le four pendant 8 minutes à 180°C. Pendant que le saumon cuit, fait bouillir de l'eau dans une casserole. Met les asperges dans l'eau et laisse les cuire pendant 3 minutes. Badigeonne le poisson avec le reste de la marinade et enfourne à nouveau pour 3 minutes-5 (cela dépendra de l'épaisseur de ton pavé, il faut qu'il soit cuit à coeur ). Sort le poisson et dispose le dans une assiette avec les asperges. Dépose la ciboulette sur le saumon rôti. Für die Vegetarier unter euch: statt der Wienerle einfach Tofuwürstchen nehmen, die schmecken darin auch 🌱 Was ist euer liebster Salat? 🥗 🍪 Zutaten für 6 Personen: für den Salat: - 8 Wienerle - 4 Gewürzgurken - 200 g Silberzwiebeln - 200 g Selleriesalat - 2 rote Paprika - 4 EL Einlegeessig von den Gewürzgurken - 4 EL Öl - 6 EL Sahne-Meerrettich - 4 EL Sahne - 1 TL Zitronensaft 👩‍🍳 How to: 1. Lasagnes aux épinards pour ce soir ? Régalez vous et réchauffez vos cœurs ♥️ POUR 6 PERSONNES Ingrédients : 1kg d’épinards ½ litre de lait 30 gr de beurre 30 gr de farine 7 plaques de Pâtes à lasagnes (selon votre plat ) Noix de muscade râpée Sel, poivre 100 gr Emmental ou conté râpé 6 feuilles de sauge (si vous avez ) . -Mettre votre four à 200° -Lavez bien vos épinards plusieurs fois et mettez les dans une casserole à feu doux et couvrez le tout. Remuez de temps en temps, lorsqu’ils sont fondus, les égoutter dans une passoire. -Faire chauffer de l’eau avec du gros sel, pour précuire les lasagnes. -Pour la béchamel : dans une autre casserole, faire fondre le beurre, et ajouter la farine pour faire un roux blond. Remuez pour faire mousser le roux et faire cuire 3 à 4 minutes. Puis ajouter le lait en remuant bien. Salez, poivrez et râpez la noix de muscade. Mélangez souvent en attendant que la béchamel épaississe. Lorsqu’elle est épaisse, ajouter la moitié du fromage râpé. Goutez et ajuster à votre gout. -Précuire les plaques de lasagnes 2 par deux, et mettez les plaques sur un linge propre. -Beurrez un plat allant au four, et à l’aide d’une louche, tapissez le fond du plat avec une fine couche de béchamel. Disposez les plaques de lasagne selon le diamètre du plat, séparez les épinards en deux parties. Répartissez la première couche d’épinards, puis une couche de béchamel. Renouvelez l’opération une seconde fois. Pour la dernière couche finissez avec les dernières plaques de lasagnes et la béchamel restante. Finissez en répartissant le fromage râpé et les feuilles de sauge si vous avez. -passez au four 20 à 25 minutes jusqu’à ce que le plat soit bien gratiné ! Dün mutfakta neler mi oluyordu? İşte tarif... 📝MALZEMELER * Yarım paket sana yağ (eritilmiş ) * 3 yumurta * 2 su bardağı toz şeker * 1,5 su bardağı süt * 1 paket (25 g ) kakao * 1 paket kabarta tozu * 1 paket vanilin * 2,5 su bardağı un 🥣 HAZIRLANIŞI 1. İlk olarak yarım paket margarin tavada eritilerek soğumaya bırakılır. 2. Ardından bir kaba önce toz şeker dökülür sonrasında yumurtalar kırılır ve beyaz köpük olana dek karıştılır. 3. Karışıma süt, kakao ve soğumaya bıraktığımız margarin eklenir. 4. Bu malzemeler iyice karıştılır ve 1 su bardağı kadar karışımdan alınır. (Kekin üzeri sosu için ) 5. Ayrılan karışım sonrası malzemelere kabartma tozu, vanilya ve un elenerek eklenir. 6. Önceden ısıtılmış 170 derecelik fırına kekimiz verilir. Yaklaşık 25 dakikada pişecektir. 7. Pişen keki fırından alıp üzerine bir örtü örtüp dinlenmesini beklerken karışımdan ayırdığımız sosu yarım çay bardağı süt ile ocakta kaynatıyoruz. 8. we all know taco tuesday runs deep in my veins at this point 🌮 fajita style, quesadilla style, grilled, fresh, crockpot, you name it. there’s a good shot i’ll never turn out a good mexican & marg. SO today i’m sharing the easiest #tacotuesday to ever exist and has been my saving grace for quick dinners. you need 3 ingredients (and optional extra spice ) and a crockpot. grab whatever toppings you have on hand, a tortilla, rice or lettuce. bada bing, bada boom, ya got a taco night! what’s ironic about this post? your girl isn’t celebrating taco tuesday today 😂 but 100% will be on the menu later this week . . . dEATS 👉 CROCKPOT SALSA CHICKEN (add in a crockpot 1.5 lbs chicken breast + 1 jar of salsa + optional spices like smoked paprika, cumin, garlic, s&p. cool on low for 6-7 hours or high 3-4. once done, take two forks to shred the chicken and mix around in remaining juice ) // topped mine with red onion, fresh peppers, cilantro & lime (didn’t have avocado on hand 😩 ) with corn tortillas
