Nie ma chyba lepszej kolacji niż krewetki smażone na masełku z dodatkiem czosnku i chilli 🥰 Kto kocha, kto nienawidzi? 😋 ⠀ Składniki: 500g krewetek - u mnie były mrożone i obrane 5 ząbków czosnku, drobno posiekane 50 g masła 70 ml białego wina 4 łyżki oliwy sól do smaku Pęczek natki pietruszki Papryczka chilli, drobno posiekanej ⠀ Przygotowanie: Mrożone krewetki rozmrażam i nacinam lekko nożem wzdłuż tułowia i usuwam czarne jelito. Tak przygotowane krewetki opłukuję i dokładnie osuszam. Na patelni podgrzewam połowę masła, wkładam drobno posiekany czosnek i chilli. Smażę przez minutę, a następnie wkładam krewetki i smażę przez minutę z jednej strony. Wlewam wino i na większym ogniu odparowywuję, a następnie zmniejszam i przewracam krewetki na drugą stronę na kolejną minutę. Na koniec dodaję posiekaną natkę pietruszki, resztę masła i oliwę. Doprawiam cytryną, solą i podaję z kawałkami bagietki. Buon pomeriggio ❤️ Oggi vi propongo una ricettina super facile e veloce per fare dei golosi grissini al formaggio. Vi serviranno appena 15 minuti per realizzarli. Gli ingredienti necessari sono : ➡️ 150 grammi di emmental a cubetti ➡️ 200 grammi di farina ➡️ 100 grammi di burro ➡️ 1 tuorlo + 1 uovo intero La prima cosa che dovete fare è tritare il formaggio. Impastatelo poi con la farina, il burro e 1 tuorlo. Una volta ottenuto un composto omogeneo stendetelo e ricavate striscioline. Spennellate le striscioline con 1 uovo sbattuto. Potete poi cospargere i grissini con semi di sesamo o papavero a seconda dei vostri gusti. Infornate a 220 gradi per 8 minuti et voilà!!! Zeytinyağlı yaprak sarması ☘️ Malzemeler: 300 gram asma yaprağı
1 adet limon
4 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı
1 su bardağı sıcak su İç harcı için: 1/2 su bardağı zeytinyağı
2 adet orta boy kuru soğan
1,5 su bardağı pirinç
1 su bardağı sıcak su
1 yemek kaşığı dolmalık fıstık (tercihe bağlı )
1 yemek kaşığı kuş üzümü (tercihe bağlı )
1 çay kaşığı tuz
1 çay kaşığı karabiber
1 çay kaşığı nane
1/2 çay kaşığı tarçın
 Yapılışı: Sarmanın iç harcını hazırlamak için yarım su bardağı zeytinyağını geniş tabanlı bir tencerede kızdırıyoruz. 2 adet rendelenmiş soğanı hafif renk alana kadar kavuruyoruz. 1,5 yemek kaşığı dolmalık fıstığı da  ekleyip kavurmaya devam ediyoruz. Ilık suda 5 dakika kadar bekletip suyunu süzdüğümüz 1,5 su bardağı pirinci soğanlarla birlikte pirinçler şeffaf bir görünüm kazanana kadar kavuruyoruz. Şeffaflaşan pirince baharatları ekliyoruz 5 dakika daha pişirip ocaktan alıyoruz. Asma yapraklarını 2-3 dakika haşladıktan sonra duruluyoruz. Yaprakların damarları üst kısımda kalıcak şekilde tezgaha koyup içine harcımızdan koyup sıkı bir şekilde sarıyoruz. ( isterseniz elinizde de sarabilirsiniz nasıl kolay buluyorsanız ) Hazırladığımız sarmaları tabanına bir kaç tane haşladığımız yapraktan koyduğumuz tencereye diziyoruz. Limonu halka halka kesip, dizdiğimiz sarmaların üzerine koyuyoruz. Pişme esnasında açılmamaları için üzerini düz bir tabakla kapatıyoruz. Üzerine 1,5 su bardağı sıcak su ve 2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağını da tencereye eklendikten sonra kısık ateşte yaklaşık 35 dakika pişiriyoruz. İsterseniz ılık ya da soğuk servis edebilirsiniz.
