Komentar tentang badan, sadar gak sadar, adalah bodyshaming. Bodyshaming ini bikin aku ga percaya diri. . Jaman SMA tahun 2012, aku minum obat diet yang bikin berat badanku turun drastis (60kg ke 50kg dalam waktu 1 bulan ). Makan indomie, nahan laper, gak makan. Hasilnya? Rambutku rontok dan gampang sakit. . Setelah masuk kuliah, berat badanku mulai naik. Fotoku ini diambil di tahun 2016, beratku 70kg. Sampai lulus kuliah di 2017, berat badanku tetep segitu aja. Jerawatan, celana gak cukup, dan yang paling parah – aku ga percaya diri. Parahnya, aku punya tanda2 bulimia. . . Agustus 2017, aku pindah ke Jakarta dan mulai ngegym. Body fatku 33% dan beratku 68kg. Waktu pertama kali olahraga, aku mikir “Oh, kalo aku udah kurusan, pasti aku bakal lebih percaya diri.” Makanya aku pengen nurunin berat badanku – gimanapun caranya. . .
