Wk 5 Day 3. Lunch. Round two, added veggies, with the stir fry from last night. Chicken, pak choi, onion, chilli, soy sauce, mushroom, fish sauce and some added frozen veggies. Our thoughts🧠💡 affects everything we do.🔑 One form of consistency on goal in small ways is when i feel lazy but able to exercise, when feeling ‘naps’ is more comfort on Sundays, but i avoid myself and changed home clothes for workout clothes.💪🏻🙈 There I won. When the power of the mind is more powerful than 'comfort & wrong will' which is just an illusion.⛔️ When we give excuses for ppl who aren’t motivated to be ‘the same’ as themselves who also don't have the same ‘goals’ as you, then at that time we are putting in/feeding toxic without realize it. Personally I find longer fasts followed by regular eating days is better to keep metabolism up.

Who has tried intermittent fasting? Are you a fan of it? 🍽 🤔 . The type of intermittent fasting I am showing above is not the only way to fast by a long shot, but it’s the most popular form from what I am seeing and the kind I personally do. . Awesome post by @corylrodriguez I normally will eat 🍳 between the hours of 11-7 or 12-8. This is called the 16/8 method, because you are fasting for 16 hours and eating for 8. There are a few other types of fasting that I will go over in a future post. . While some people will argue that drinking anything ☕️ while fasting breaks your fast, I tend to fall into the way of thinking that as long as you are consuming zero calories, then you are fasting. . That is why you’re only drinking water 💦, coffee without added calories ☕️or tea 🍵. . Most people have a harder time fasting with water alone, but you could try that as well vs having tea or coffee. . I wanted to make this post to show you just how easy fasting is, but keep in mind you don’t have to fast these exact hours. This just happens to fit my schedule. . Walking into this week feeling refreshed✨ Spent some time off social media last week and in prayer about a business decision I'll be making soon. Listen to, chant and recite Lord Vishnu mantras and hymns as it gains you His divine blessings. Start Ekadashi Vrat by performing pooja of Lord Vishnu at home. Visit a nearby temple if possible. Read and hear Lord's pastimes. Maintain calm. Be careful about what you say. Do not sleep in the evening. Do not pluck tulsi leaves as it is said that Lord Vishnu is offered tulsi on Ekadashi and Dwadashi. . 🍒🍎🍊Devotees take single meal in the afternoon a day before fasting day to make sure there is no residual food in the stomach on next day. Avoid consuming peas, grains, asafoetida and any type of cereals. Take milk, fruits, dry fruits, roots and vegetables. According to their will and body power., Devotees can choose to observe fasting without water, with only water, with only fruits, with one time latex food. However it should be decided before starting the fast. .... Ekadashi fasting is observed on every 11th Tithi in Hindu calendar.
