IIM Sambalpur was delighted to host Dr. Anil Kumar Misra, CHRO of Magicbricks for a thought-provoking session on “Redefining Performance in an Agile, Customer-Centric, and Digital Era” at the SAMVIT 2.0 Leadership Webinar Series. Drawing examples from his real life, Dr. Misra shared the challenges faced in various phases of COVID-19 and how it impacted the business, and how the organization dealt with the situation. He emphasized on how COVID changed the mindset of leaders in terms of efficacy and success in a work-from-home setup. Knowing the fact that work-from-home is here to stay, he shared the perks of it using STOP, where S stands for Social Distancing, T for Travel Distancing, O for Office Occupancy Reduction, and P for Pollution Reduction. Dr. Misra threw light on the main challenges that most of the organizations have faced during this global crisis, performance evaluation during work-from-home being one of them. He shared insights on how to handle these challenges efficiently. He concluded the discussion with the 4Cs crucial for any organization in a time of crisis- Communication, Compassion, Catharsis, and Concern. The other day I got my self in a bit of a funk... You know those moments where you just feel like crap for no apparent reason? You really want to be joyful and enjoy the moment. Watch the sunset, feel the wind, listen to the waves... And something inside you is just going 🤮😵😤😖 What do you do? Well, there many choices but this is the one I prefer: ▪️Acknowledge the feeling. Recognise that you are feeling bad. ▪️Show compassion. Love yourself in this state, however undesirable and unhelpful it may be. ▪️Recognise that this feeling is not a reaction to current circumstances but it is a part of you that is stuck in a past traumatising experience and is now showing up because something in you current situation reminded you of it. ▪️Realise you are safe. In the present moment there is nothing to fear or feel bad about. ▪️Move on. Show your inner child the current circumstances and channel the feeling you want to be having When all else fails it helps to have someone by your side to remind you of these steps when you are too caught up in the feeling to be able to do that. 🍄 TERNERA VEGANA STROGONOFF 🍄 En realidad llevo haciendo esta receta siglos y no sabía que se llamaba strogonoff 🤣🤣 pero lo pongo en el título porque queda más cool que decir ternera con champiñones, cebolla, vino blanco y nata 😂 . ➡️ Dale like, comparte si te gusta la receta y guárdatela si no la has hecho nunca porque es una delicia 🤤 . Ingredientes para 1: - 2 puñados de filetes de ternera vegana deshidratados de @tienda_planetavegano - 6 champiñones - 1 cebolla - 100 ml de nata - 1 vaso de vino blanco - Escamas de sal de boletus y ajo @delaconca (es opcional totalmente esto, puedes echar sal normal y ajo en polvo en su lugar ) - 1 hoja de laurel - 1 cucharada de margarina vegetal - Aceite de oliva . 🌱 • Ponemos a hidratar los filetes de ternera en un bol con agua bien caliente un rato antes de empezar a cocinar. Una media hora o así. 🌱 • Cortamos la cebolla en juliana y la pochamos en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite y la margarina vegetal a fuego medio durante 5 minutos. 🌱 • Cortamos los champiñones laminados y cuando la cebolla esté transparente los añadimos a la sartén y rehogamos otros 5 minutos. Añadimos las escamas de sal de boletus y ajo o sal normal y ajo en polvo al gusto. 🌱 • Añadimos los filetes de ternera, el vino blanco y la hoja de laurel bien lavada y dejamos reducir el vino blanco con el fuego bajo durante 15 min aprox hasta que se evapore del todo. 🌱 • Añadimos la nata y dejamos evaporar de nuevo a fuego lento y listo 😸💚 es una receta con un sabor delicioso y queda súper melosa 😍

🧀🥒 CREMA DE CALABACÍN Y QUESO VEGANO 🥒🧀 Hoy os traigo una crema impresionante que he hecho para mí y para mi familia porque somos muy fans de las cremas/purés, y ha salido deliciosa a más no poder 😍 . ➡️ Dale me gusta, comparte si te apetece y guárdate la receta y hazla porque es una maravilla 🤤 . Ingredientes para 3: - 2 calabacines muy grandes o 4 normales - 1 patata grande - 2 puerros - 3 lonchas de queso (yo he usado las lonchas originales de @violife_foods ) - Aceite de oliva - Sal al gusto - 1L de caldo de verdura . 🌱 • Picamos los calabacines y los puerros y los rehogamos con un buen chorro de aceite en una cacerola grande durante 10 minutos a fuego medio. 🌱 • Picamos la patata y la añadimos. Rehogamos otros 5 minutos. 🌱 • Echamos el caldo y dejamos hervir a fuego medio/alto hasta que la patata esté blanda, la vamos pinchando. Añadimos también sal al gusto. 🌱 • Cuando haya pasado el tiempo, apagamos el fuego y añadimos las 3 lonchas de queso. Se derriten súper rápido y le da a la crema una cremosidad y un sabor de lujo 😋 Trituramos y listo! Para terminar le he puesto de topping levadura nutricional y semillas de sésamo 😸 tenéis que probarla 💚

Getting my ADHD diagnosis really helped me understand my tendencies and how to best manage my boundaries.
