2 workouts in this video for you to try! The first half is a high rep extravaganza for those without any weights at home and the second is a heavier weight blast for those who have managed to get some weights delivered! SAVE and SHARE with someone who needs to work on their shoulders 💪. Exercise 1 - Shopping Bag Lateral Raises. These work just as well as dumbbell raises and all you need are a couple of heavy duty bags and some heavy books/tins/ornaments etc. 3 sets of 12-15 reps is a great start to your shoulder workout and gets the burn started! Exercise 2 - Shopping Bag front raises - This focuses on the front of your shoulders more than the side and rear and should be a little easier than side raises. 3 sets of 12 reps. Exercise 3 - Shopping Bag shrugs. You’ll need a slightly heavier weight for this one, so pack those bags! Literally just shrug your shoulders together 👌. 3 sets of 20 reps. Exercise 4 - Bridge press ups. Keep your back straight for these and press your head to the floor. This is actually a really tough exercise! 3 sets of 8-10 reps. WItH WEIGHTS. Exercise 1: Barbell press. Core shoulder exercise for growth this. Try not to use your legs too much, but if it helps you eke out a couple more reps on your last set, go for it! 3 sets of 8-10 reps. Exercise 2 - Hang cleans. Slightly technical lift this, so start light before mastering it. Excellent for the deltoids though. 3 sets of 10 reps. Exercise 3 - Seated dumbbell shoulder press against the wall. This is a very strict exercise as you can’t get any help from any muscles except your shoulders. 3 sets of 10-12 Exercise 4 - Bent over dumbbell raises. Leaning forward helps to isolate the rear of your shoulders and the traps (muscles at the bottom of your neck ). Don't go too heavy and corrupt your form! If you don't have a heavy enough dumbbell do pause squats. Pause 2 second in the lowest position and work till failure. Haven’t posted any workouts lately so here’s my today’s lil leg workout👌🏽 nothings crazy but this’ll hit your lower unit pretty good if you’re able to move up in volume progressively. Everything you see here is basically what I have so I’m limited in weights. So the next best thing would be to increase reps, sets or both which I did here Here’s the rundown - BB Sumo Deadlift 6x15 - Goblet Squats 4x15 - RDL 4x15 - weighted Calf Press 4x15 I haven’t been posting a lot of workouts but I don’t think I’ve missed a day without doing some sort of an exercise I hope everyone is staying on track or at least trying to. 📌МОЯ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ Я ніколи не була худенькою(реально НІКОЛИ ),хіба коли з'явилася на світ і важила 3 кг 😇 Бабуліна смажена картопля на смальцеві, кабачкова ікра і гарячі бутерброди в 23.00 далися в знаки 😂 Вже в 10 років я важила 43 кг і була самою повненькою дівчинкою в класі 😯 Через лишню вагу, мені з самого дитинства прийшлося зіткнутися з жорстокістю однолітків. Я звичайно, як дитина, дуже тим переймалася і заробила собі комплекси, з якими й жила. В 15 років я подалася в рості і моє тіло почало кардинально мінятися - я схудла, і то дуже помітно. В 11 класі я важила 58 кг, і при моєму зрості, це виглядало дуже навіть непогано 😊(фото 3 ) Але "генетика пампушки" про мене не забула 😔 Приїхавши вчитися до Львову, я дала собі волю(у всіх сенсах того слова ), і почала їсти як не в себе(батон із сальною помазкою, смажена картопля з сосисками, вафлі, шоколад... ) 😲😬 Як наслідок +6 кг за 2 місяці 🤦‍♀️ Чи я комплексувала??? О так!!! Дитячі комплекси нагадали про себе. Коли улюблена спідниця, в прямому сенсі, лопає на тобі - це страшно😭 Наступні пів року в мене були невдалі спроби схуднути...але все марно... Мотивацією для мене став 2 курс. Я дуже хотіла всіх здивувати, і прийти гарною і підтягнутою(в мене це вдалося ). І тут мене понесло - дієта за дієтою, голодні дні на 300 кк, дні на одній воді 😬 Пам'ятаю навіть як ділила одне яблуко на цілий день. Я схудла. Дуууже... Вага падало дуже стрімко...занадто стрімко Як результат - анорексія(39 кг кісток і проблеми з циклом, якого не було рік ). Що мене зупинило??? Прийом в гінеколога, і його питання "Ти взагалі хочеш мати дітей?". А потім почалась моя важка дорога трансформації в @spartak_lviv і нереальне бажання змінитися, стати краще 😉 . Hope everybody is finding a way to get their exercise in 💪🏼 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ My gym will be closed until at least the beginning of May, so I’ve been walking at least 5k every day and doing what I can at home.
